This New Christian Spiritual Growth Book Brings The Eye Opening Truth About Today’s Christianity
Are you following God’s Word or your own list of Christianity that’s convenient for you to follow? If you’re not sure, I have the perfect Christian spiritual growth book that will lead you to God’s truth about who you are and what special plan God has waiting for you.
I’m totally captivated by the message of M.J. Andre’s new Christian spiritual growth book, Apprehended and Apprehending. This is the message that God has led me to follow with all my heart as a Christian, and as a Christian teacher to incorporate into the teachings I’m led to share.
We’ve all been given a purpose by God that was planned and designed by him since before the world was created, but our churches aren’t teaching that message. Our church leaders are getting people saved, but they’re not leading people into the truth of God’s Word for living and following Jesus Christ. This isn’t to say that all churches have drifted from God’s Word, but many are following their own doctrines that are far from the doctrine of Jesus Christ.
M.J. Andre recognizes this truth and so poignantly opens our eyes to the modern day Christianity of church on Sundays and then living our lives our way for the rest of the week. Christianity is a 24/7 commitment or else it’s not even worth our time to go to church. We have to incorporate the Bible into our lives daily, using the power of Jesus’ work on the cross to fulfill our divine destinies, not to fulfill our own plans and purposes.
According to M.J. Andre, Christians must be taught to surrender to God and become fully devoted to Him through His plans for our lives. We must allow God to do the work needed to perform His vision of what our lives were meant to be. Full commitment to Him also involves having our hearts set to take on the pain that comes with dying to self inwardly, which must be done by the Holy Spirit, not us.
Through living a committed life in Him, M. J. states that he found that Christians have a narrow gate to go through. It is the path to discipleship and the path that separates us from the pack. It is so narrow that Christ goes through it first, and then we follow Him. By following Christ this means that we enter into a life of living as Christ instead of following our own path for self-glory, but rather to glorify God. We need to give God the honor of our obedience and love of everything that He desires for us to become.
Christian Spiritual Growth Is A Choice We Must Make Once We’re Saved
We need to lose ourselves to God in order to achieve our greatest fulfillment. It will feel as if you have shed layers of yourself, your interests, plans and desires as you take on His. But with faith, patience, endurance, and perseverance, this journey eventually leads to the Highway of Holiness. With the Israelites, God wanted a Holy nation to represent Him. Since they rejected and failed Him, He is making Holy people one by one who will come together as His Holy nation. Today’s Christians are traveling the same path the Israelites traveled. We are given the same opportunities they were given to be trained by Him, to choose Him, to reject Him, or to trust and to believe His Word and promises. His desire for His children to have a deeper Christian life has not changed.
M. J. continues to exhort the truth that God is still seeking people willing to be separated unto Him. And He has a remnant in each Christian Church. It is important to remember what Joshua told the Israelites in chapter 24:15:
“But if serving the Lord seems undesirable to you, then choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve…”
Indeed we need to choose. The diluted Gospel tells us that it does not matter, grace will do it all for us. While it is true grace will do it all for us, we still must choose Him once and for all and learn from Him how to walk with Him moment by moment. This is a beautiful picture of glory, peace and great joy that we can live daily if we choose to do so. We have a free will. It’s up to us.
Which path will you choose? God’s or your own? If you’re ready to follow God’s purpose for your life, this tremendously honest Christian spiritual growth book will open your eyes to the truth of God’s Word for success in your Christian walk with Christ.
